Construction is a small, family oriented company located in historic Lexington, Virginia. Pat Hennis, owner of Phoenix Construction,
has been building and renovating homes for over 25 years. He is commited to building a quality custom home and feels blessed
to count many of his former customers as some of his best friends. Pat will guide you through the process from the planning
stages through the final touches as you move into your home. He is committed to overseeing every detail of your
project and is on the job site several times a day as he manages subcontractors and employees, and assist with tasks

Construction has two project managers, four full time carpenters, and one designated employee to run errands
to pick up equipment and supplies to keep the jobs running smoothly and to keep the job sites clean and clear of clutter.
This allows the highly skilled carpenters to stay on the job, so they can stay focused on their work and it allows
Pat time to meet with subcontractors and monitor workmanship. In addition, Phoenix Construction's office
manager, Melissa Hennis, is responsible for keeping track of job costs, handling accounts payable, and providing spreadsheets
so that our customers can follow the percentage of completion schedule as the job progresses. Melissa, is also a Realtor
at ERA Premier Partners in downtown Lexington, and therefore is knowledgeable about the Lexington/Rockbridge/Buena Vista home
and land market. If you are interested
